About Jim
My name is Jim Scarborough. I am the founder of Tri-State Senior Plans. I have been in the life and health insurance business for 40 years. I first became interested in the Medicare
market when my mom became Medicare-eligible and I helped her navigate the complex Medicare market and figure out which plan option was best for her. I am passionate about Medicare benefit education and getting each person the best plan to increase their quality of life.
I graduated from Miami University with a degree in Business Administration. I am active in my community. I support our veterans as a member of The Sons Of The American Legion and
also volunteer at my church.
